SHEENA CUTNO

Sheena is the Organizational Development & Talent Officer at Trifecta Strategies. With over 20 years of experience in Organizational Development, she specializes in aligning people strategies with business goals to drive positive change. 

Certified in Myers-Briggs (MBTI), Taking Flight with DISC, Gallup CliftonStrengths, and Prosci Change Management, Sheena is also a Chapter Director for the Association of Talent Development (ATD) and holds a Master’s in Education in Adult Learning & Development.

Sheena is an intuitive leader and systems thinker, known for her ability to connect deeply with the ‘why’ and ‘how’ to create and drive impactful change.

Sheena built Trifecta on the power of three. Personally and spiritually, Sheena recognized that many of her major insights and transformations happened in some form of three.  In addition, the word Trifecta is a representation of  high performance in three crucial areas. Whether it's sports, the performing arts, culinary arts or education, Trifecta means comprehensive success. 

In her spare time, Sheena enjoys Family Game Night, Karaoke, the Beach, Comedy Shows, and the Arts/Performing Arts .

Sheena's vision for Trifecta is to empower and position people and organizations to intelligently and strategically get results that demonstrate high performance and goal achievement. 

GABBY MASON

Originally from Portmore, Jamaica, Gabby serves as Trifecta’s Creative Director, where she brings a unique blend of visionary leadership, project management, and creative innovation to the role. 

With a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Hospitality Management and certifications in Hospitality & Tourism and Event Planning, Gabby has a diverse professional background.

 Gabby develops and executes a creative vision that aligns with our brand’s identity and goals. She turns strategies into impactful business objectives, oversees creative projects from concept to delivery, and fosters a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. 

What Gabby enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to learn about people, places, and things through the lens of creativity, bringing visions to life through words and expressions. 

Her passion for creativity is fueled by a wide range of hobbies, including gardening, painting, traveling, event planning, home improvement projects, DIY crafting, interior design, yoga, and postcard collecting.

 Gabby's creative vision for Trifecta is to blend innovation with authenticity, delivering memorable experiences that resonate deeply with our audiences and sets us apart in the industry.
